1. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you when you register an account, customize your creator storefront, book a consultation, purchase digital projects, or contact customer support:

  • Account & Authentication Information: Full name, email address, profile avatar, username, and encrypted authentication tokens.
  • Creator Profile Data: Bio descriptions, professional headline, skill badges, work experiences, education qualifications, and uploaded project portfolios.
  • Consultation Booking Data: Guest name, guest email, optional phone number, scheduled meeting time, and generated Google Meet links.
  • Transaction & Order Metadata: When you make or receive a payment via our payment gateway (Razorpay), we store transaction identifiers (Order ID, Payment ID, amount in INR, timestamp, and status). Anozik does not collect, process, or store raw credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or netbanking credentials.
  • User Inquiries & Form Submissions: Information provided through contact forms, feedback submissions, and creator-hosted smart registration forms.
  • Technical & Session Data: Browser type, operating system, and essential authentication session cookies required for platform security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively for the following operational purposes:

  • To host, render, and maintain your public creator profile and showcase.
  • To coordinate 1:1 meeting bookings and automatically distribute calendar invites with Google Meet video links.
  • To deliver instant source code download links and transaction receipts upon digital project purchases.
  • To facilitate peer-to-peer appreciation tips ("Thanks") and update creator wallet ledgers.
  • To provide responsive technical support and communicate essential service updates.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, and security threats.

3.Service Providers & Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with verified third-party infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Platform:

  • Supabase: For secure cloud database hosting, user authentication, and storage with Row Level Security (RLS).
  • Razorpay: To securely process Indian Rupee (INR) payments, verify transaction integrity, and execute verified refunds.
  • Google Calendar / Google Meet: To automatically schedule video consultation appointments and generate secure video room links.
  • Resend: To dispatch transactional confirmation emails, appointment reminders, and purchase receipts.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)

When creators opt to connect their Google account, Anozik accesses the Google Calendar API (calendar.events and calendar.readonly).

  • Purpose of Access: We access calendar data strictly to detect availability and scheduling conflicts (free/busy intervals) and to automatically insert confirmed 1:1 consultation meetings with generated Google Meet video conferencing links.
  • Storage & Encryption: OAuth tokens are cryptographically encrypted at rest. We do not store or inspect private calendar events beyond managing Anozik-originated consultation bookings.
  • No Data Selling or Advertising: Google user data is never sold, shared with third parties for commercial gain, or used for advertising or marketing profiling.
  • Limited Use Adherence: Anozik's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Creators can disconnect Google Calendar integration at any time from their Booking Dashboard or revoke permissions via their Google Account Security settings.

5.Security & Data Retention

We employ comprehensive technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data:

  • Encryption in Transit: All web traffic is strictly encrypted using modern HTTPS / SSL / TLS protocols.
  • Database Isolation: User records and creator assets are isolated using PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
  • Cryptographic Verification: Payment gateway webhooks are validated using timing-safe HMAC-SHA256 signature verification to prevent replay attacks.
  • Data Retention: We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account remains active or as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

6.Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, manage session states, and preserve your visual preferences. We do not employ invasive third-party cross-site advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

7.Your Rights & Data Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or edit your personal profile information directly through your dashboard settings.
  • Request a copy of the personal data associated with your account.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated profile content by contacting our privacy team.
