Physical shipping is not applicable to any products or services offered through Anozik. All offerings available across creator storefronts are delivered exclusively through online electronic transmission and digital fulfillment channels. No physical goods or parcels will be dispatched.

Depending on the type of transaction initiated on the Platform, fulfillment is executed as follows:

2.Delivery Costs & Shipping Charges
Since all deliveries occur digitally via electronic networks, there are zero shipping, handling, or courier charges applied to any order on Anozik.
3. What to Do If You Experience Delivery Issues
If you have completed a payment but have not received your confirmation email, virtual video meeting link, or digital download access within 15 minutes, please follow these steps:
- Check your email's Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders for messages sent from Anozik.
- Verify that the email address entered during checkout was accurate.
- Contact our support team immediately at support@anozik.com with your payment transaction ID or order reference.
Our support team will verify your transaction and manually re-issue your download credentials or appointment links within 24 hours.
