1.Platform Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Anozik ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Anozik, governing your access to and use of the Anozik website, creator storefronts, and associated digital services.

By accessing or using our Platform, registering an account, booking an appointment, or purchasing digital offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2.User Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent to use this Platform.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile creation.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to immediately notify us at support@anozik.com if you detect any unauthorized access or breach of security.

3. Description of Active Platform Services

Anozik operates a digital ecosystem enabling creators, mentors, software developers, and professionals to establish personalized online profiles and storefronts to engage with their audience. Currently active functionality includes:

• Public Creator Profiles: Personalized profile pages showcasing skills, portfolios, bio details, and social links.
• 1:1 Video Consultations: Direct scheduling and automated video room generation (via Google Meet) for client mentorship and consulting appointments.
• Digital Projects & Assets: Instant digital purchase and download of creator-published source code files, templates, and digital assets.
• Coffee Appreciation ("Thanks"): Voluntary peer-to-peer digital appreciation and tipping to support creators.
• Smart Forms & Inquiries: Interactive custom forms and paid registrations for workshops or project inquiries.

4.Payments, Pricing & Currency

All transactions initiated on the Platform are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners (including Razorpay).

• Authoritative Pricing: Pricing for individual 1:1 consultation sessions, digital project downloads, and paid forms is clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
• Payment Security: Card, UPI, and net banking transactions are handled directly through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Anozik does not store raw credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account credentials on its servers.
• Taxes: All prices displayed on creator storefronts are inclusive of applicable transaction costs unless explicitly indicated otherwise at checkout.

5.Cancellations, Refunds & Digital Delivery

All cancellations, refunds, and digital delivery procedures are governed by our dedicated policy documents, incorporated herein by reference:

6.User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the text, project code, media, and images you upload to your profile. By publishing content, you grant Anozik a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute such content solely for the operation of the Platform.

Platform IP: The platform design, logos, trademarks, database schema, brand assets, and proprietary software are owned exclusively by Anozik. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of our technology without prior written permission.

7.Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

When using Anozik, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit defamatory, obscene, harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful material.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of any third party.
• Attempt to bypass security measures, probe vulnerabilities, or scrape private user data.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate other creators, or upload deceptive portfolio projects.
• Use automated bots or scripts to manipulate reviews, appointments, or tips.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your profile and forfeiture of access.

8.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Anozik makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

• Specific revenue, employment, client acquisition, or commercial outcomes resulting from profile creation.
• The absolute accuracy or quality of advice provided by independent creator mentors during 1:1 sessions.
• Uninterrupted or bug-free platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anozik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

9.Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

10.Policy Modifications & Contact

We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
